Limited Mobility: There is a long flight of steps that lead up to the main entrance. There is a sign and a doorbell at the bottom of the steps for disabled customers to call for assistance. After calling for assistance from the doorbell at the bottom of the main steps, 2 members of staff will come down to assist disabled customers with entry to the venue. A different entrance is opened on North Road, and a portable ramp bypasses the one step into the platform lift. The lift gives access directly into the auditorium, and from there all facilities are accessible, except for the StageSpace. The platform lift gives level access to the auditorium, which leads step free into the foyer, where the toilets, bar, and box office can be found. There is another flight of 14 steps from the foyer, which lead to the smaller StageSpace area, where smaller productions are put on. This is currently inaccessible for wheelchair users, however staff are happy to carry wheelchair users up the steps, or the private fire escape route if preferred.
