Prepare for a night of spine-tingling theatre as Ghost Stories makes its long-awaited return to the West End. The supernatural thriller, written by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, will run at the Peacock Theatre from 30th September to 8th November, with a special gala performance on 8th October.
Following its first-ever full UK tour, the play has been keeping audiences on edge across the country. It follows Professor Goodman, a hardened skeptic, as he delves into three chilling cases of alleged hauntings. But as his investigation unfolds, his beliefs are pushed to the limit in a story filled with suspense and psychological horror.
Dyson and Nyman shared their enthusiasm for the West End return, highlighting how the production continues to thrill and terrify audiences even after 15 years. They promise an intense theatrical experience packed with unexpected twists, frights, and dark humour.
Directed by Dyson, Nyman, and Sean Holmes, the show boasts an expert creative team, including set designer Jon Bausor, lighting designer James Farncombe, and special effects specialist Scott Penrose. Casting details for the London run have yet to be revealed.
With its reputation for delivering genuine scares, Ghost Stories is strictly for those who can handle high levels of tension and shock. The show is not recommended for under-15s or those of a nervous disposition.
As its UK tour continues, this limited West End run offers another opportunity to witness one of theatre’s most unsettling productions. Tickets are expected to be in high demand—only the brave should step forward!
